Shiny Choclate Fudge

As an accompaniment to the sponge cake i tried this simple chocolate fudge as a topping which was liked by all. So thought to share the recipe of this too.I did this so randomly and turned out so good.Trust me this is very simple and easy to make.Lets see.

Ingredients :
  1. 1/2 cup whole milk
  2. 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  3. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  4. 1/4 cup baking cocoa powder
  5. 1 tbsp melted ghee/butter 
Instructions :
  1. Firstly melt chocolate chips in microwave for 30-40 seconds and mix to form a mixture.
  2. Take a sauce pan pour in milk and sugar , mix in till sugar dissolves completely.
  3. To this pour in melted chocolate and stir in slowly.
  4. Once you get a creamy mixture and no lumps switch on the flame and keep it low.
  5. Slowly boil for 5 minutes and keep stirring to avoid sticking to the pan.
  6. Now slowly add in cocoa powder in batches and keep stirring gently.
  7. After 5 minutes add in ghee and continue stirring.
  8. Check for the desired thickness and switch off.
  9. This can be served either hot or cold.


Notes :
  • I used unsweetened dark chocolate , you can opt for others available in market.
  • To make it more shinning, use a little more ghee or butter.
  • This can tasted both hold or cold.
  • Can be stored in air tight container and refrigerated and used later point of time.
