Overnight Oats - Simple healthy breakfast




Well i wanted to include fruits in my breakfast and came across this simple recipe.From then on it has become a regular in my menu for the week and i love this very much as it is quick to make and tastes delicious. Let us see how is it done.

Ingredients :

1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup boiled milk
1 banana
1 medium apple
3 medium strawberries.
6 walnuts chopped
2 small dates

Instructions:

1.Chop all the fruits listed above.
2.Take a glass jar or a bowl and layer 1/4 of the oats .
3. Now add in sliced strawberries as layer on top of the oats.
4. Add in renaming 1/4 of the oats as a layer.
5.Now top this with chopped apple and chia seeds.
6.Add in rest of the oats and layer with banana
7.Top up with thinly chopped dates.
8.Add in milk , cover the jar and let it sit overnight.
9.Add in walnut before serving.






Note :

1.free to use any fruit you like , there is no restriction on the fruits to use.
2.I love the combination of the ones used above.
3.You can use any combination of nuts as you like.
