Almond Cookies

I am new to baking and was on look out for simple recipes and found this Low Carb Almond Cookies.These are healthy and delicious and can be be made in 30 minutes.Lets dig in.

Ingredients :

2 cup Almond Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs 
1/3 cup solid Butter or Ghee
1/3-1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup sugar optional

Instructions :

1. Firstly, Pre heat oven to 350 F for about 5 mins
2.Add in flour,baking powder,salt,sugar,chocolate chips in to a bowl and mix well
3.In a separate bowl beat the eggs nicely.
4.Now slowly add above mixture to beaten eggs.
5.Lastly add in melted butter or ghee and to mix above and make a dough.
6.Apply ghee or butter to parchment paper.
7.Using cookie molds , take a small ball out of the dough and press gently on to the parchment paper.
8.Place them in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
9.Let them cool and serve.



Note : 

1. If you like your cookie little sweeter, adjust sugar and chocolate chips accordingly.
2.Above measurements yields to about 12-13 cookies.
3.To last longer store them in a air tight container.
