Classic Veggi Burger

Last week i saw these burger buns and wanted to see if i can fix myself with a delicious vegetable burger. With quick youtubing learnt how to make a vegetable patty. Checked if i have the needed ingredients and yippee burger is ready in no time . Lets check in on the recipe.

Ingredients :
  1. One set of burger buns of your choice
  2. Medium sized Onion
  3. Medium sized tomato
  4. Medium sized boiled potato
  5. 1-2 Tbsp roasted sooji
  6. 1 Tbsp curd
  7. 4-5 thin slices of cucumber 
  8. 1-2 spoons Tomato ketchup
  9. 1-2 spoons dip of french fries
  10. 1-2 tsp salt
  11. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  12. 1 tsp turmeric
  13. 1 tsp dhaniya-Jeera Powder
  14. 1/2-1 cup boiled Mixed vegetables of your choice
  15. 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  16. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  17. 1 tbsp oil
Instructions :
  1. Firstly  using a blender grind in the vegetables with out any water.
  2. Now mash the potato add in vegetable paste and mix well.
  3. Into this add in salt,turmeric,chilly powder,dhaniya-jeera powder,garlic,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  4. In another bowl add in sooji and curd and make a nice paste.
  5. Now make small balls of the mashed up potato-vegetable paste , slightly dip into curd sooji mixture, place it on a parchment paper and press it to form the shape of a patty.
  6. Heat the pan with a little oil and place the patty and roast it nicely on both sides on low flame to avoid burning.
  7. Now its time to assemble the burger.
  8. Take the buns and apply Tomato ketchup on one bun and french dip on another.
  9. Layer with onions , cucumber , roasted patty,Tomatoes,onions and serve. 



Note:

  1. If you like crispy patty then deep fry in oil.
  2. Use any vegetables of your choice.
  3. Any choice of ketchup,sauce can be used.
  4. Adjust salt and chilly as per your taste.
